Emma at Goddard Dunbar handled the conveying for a re-mortgage. Communication was good and the case was handled efficiently. Emma was also very personable and helpful on the phone.
I used the conveyance service, and the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond helping me move into my new home which would have taken a long time but because of the efficiency of Lilly and Emma it went without any hiccups.
